Age 15+ years*

Gentle physical exercises fused with relaxation and breathing exercises followed by an introduction to meditation.

* All youth ages 15 - 18 are required to fill out a Youth Waiver prior to participation.

All drop-in fitness classes required an access key tag. Members can pick up an access tag at reception any time the day of a class, non-members 15 minutes prior to class start.
