The City of Whitehorse prepares and updates an Operations and Maintenance Budget, a Capital Budget, and provisional budgets every fiscal year, which follows the calendar year.
The City reviews tax rates and fees and charges on an annual basis and the budget process is subject to a public hearing and a public consultation process.
