The City of Whitehorse is organized into four divisions, which are divided into several departments.
The Operations and Infrastructure Division consists of the Fire Department, Operations, and Water & Waste Services. The manager of each of these Departments reports to the Director of Operations.
The Corporate Services Division consists of Financial Services, Business and Technology Systems, and Council Services. The manager of each of these departments reports to the Director of Corporate Services.
The Community Recreation Services Division consists of Transit, Parks & Trails, Recreation & Facility Services, and Bylaw Services. The manager of each of these departments reports to the Director of Community Recreation Services.
The Development Services Division consists of Planning and Development Services, Engineering, and Environmental Sustainability. The manager of each of these departments reports to the Director of Development Services.
Each Director reports to the City Manager, as do the managers of Human Resources and Strategic Communications & Customer Service.
