Every two years the City conducts its Citizen Survey. The survey, statistically accurate to plus or minus 5%, is used by the City to gauge how citizens feel about City programs and services and identify areas that are going well as well as those that need improvement. City Council and staff also use the Citizen Survey results in their strategic planning process and policy review initiatives.
