Whitehorse – On Saturday, November 11, the Remembrance Day ceremony will take place at the Canada Games Centre. Please take note of the following details:

  • 8:00 am:                Doors open for those with mobility difficulties
  • 9:00 am:                Doors open to the general public
  • 10:00 am:             Ceremony starts promptly
  • 11:40 am:             Ceremony ends

Whitehorse Transit will provide a free shuttle to the ceremony from Takhini Arena between 8 am and noon. For the rest of the day, Transit will follow a normal Saturday schedule.

There will be no parking along Hamilton Boulevard or Sumanik Drive near the Canada Games Centre.
