Parking Ticket Payments Now Accepted Online
Public Service Announcement
Whitehorse – The City of Whitehorse is making it easier for you to pay your parking ticket by introducing an online payment option.
To pay your parking ticket online, visit www.whitehorse.ca/paynow and follow the instructions.
Once your information has been entered, click on the “Proceed to Payment” button to be redirected to the City’s payment provider, Moneris, for a safe and secure transaction.
Expired meter penalties of $25 can still be reduced to $10 if paid within 24 hours or the next business day of the ticket being issued.
It is important to note that the ticket payer is responsible for reducing their fine to $10 when making a payment. A customer service representative will contact you in the event of a payment discrepancy.
Parking ticket payments can still be made in-person at City Hall, by mail and by phone.
