Front End of City Hall Reopening

Post Date:06/12/2020 10:34 AM

Whitehorse – The Second Avenue entrance to City Hall will reopen its doors to the public on Monday, June 15th.

Front service counters will be open and appointments will no longer be needed to pay your property taxes, utility bills or parking tickets.

The period between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. will be reserved for seniors, as well as people with limited mobility.

The Second Avenue entrance to City Hall will remain open until 4:30 p.m., and the entrance to the building on Steele Street will be reserved for City staff only.

Please pay attention to the new signage and floor decals as we continue to do our part to protect visitors and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Visitors will not be permitted to enter the building if they exhibit symptoms related to COVID-19.

We thank you in advance for your patience and continued cooperation during this transition, and please be kind to each other.
