Bunny: 5 years old


To help you along we've create a little video to demonstrate the exercises.

Complete 1 set of all 5 exercises (repeat if having fun!). Some exercises you have to do 5 repetitions per leg (10 in total). Can you do each exercise and count to 5? How many reps can you do of all 5 exercises? 

One Foot Bunny Hop (Balance) - 5 times
Balance on one foot, hopping up and down 5 times. Switch Legs.

Two Foot Bunny Jumps (Balance, Coordination-Locomotion) - 5 times
Try jumping: Up and Down, Very Fast, Legs Apart, Backwards

Bunny Hop (Balance, Coordination-Locomotion) - 5 times
Hop 5 times forward with arms swinging...FREEZE listen for any noises in the garden (Continue doing for a totally of 5 reps)

Bunny Rolls (Core- Locomotion) - 5 times
Hands above your head, legs together, toes pointed- roll 5 times into the Rabbit Hole. How many reps can you do?

Bunny Squats (Core, Strength, Stability) - 5 times
Crouch down, knees bent, pretend to pick a carrot from the garden- stand up and put in a “basket”. Can you do this 5 times?
