The City will be holding a Request for Bids process for one (1) multiple housing lot. Bid Packages will be available January 11 through Bonfire by registering at http://whitehorse.bonfirehub.ca/. Deadline for Bids is February 8 at 4:30 PM PT. All inquiries should be directed to procurement@whitehorse.ca.

The City is selling Lot 426 (#25 Rhine Way), as shown on the linked Registered Subdivision Plan of Survey 2018-0037 comprising approximately 56,081± ft.or 0.521ha in area, located in the Takhini North Neighborhood.

Land Disposition Policy:

This bid process is being conducted pursuant to the City’s Land Disposition Policy that was adopted by Council in 2017.

The bid process is intended for  multiple-family, townhouse, commercial, industrial and mixed-use lots or parcels of un-serviced land for future development and subdivision by a private developer..

Zoning - Comprehensive Residential Multiple Family 2 (RCM2):

Lot 462 is zoned Comprehensive Residential Multiple Family 2 (RCM2) pursuant to the City’s Zoning Bylaw 2012-20.  In this zone, all uses require a Development Permit from the City to ensure the proposed development will comply with the zoning regulations.
