Land Disposition Policy:

This bid process is being conducted pursuant to the City’s Land Disposition Policy that was adopted by Council in 2017.

The bid process is intended for  multiple-family, townhouse, commercial, industrial and mixed-use lots or parcels of un-serviced land for future development and subdivision by a private developer..

Zoning - Comprehensive Residential Multiple Family 2 (RCM2):

Lot 426 is zoned Comprehensive Residential Multiple Family 2 (RCM2) pursuant to the City’s Zoning Bylaw 2012-20.  In this zone, all uses require a Development Permit from the City to ensure the proposed development will comply with the zoning regulations.
