Whitehorse South Trail Plan
In fall 2016, the City initiated a process to develop a trail plan for the south trails area. This planning area includes the neighbourhoods of Wolf Creek / Pineridge / Spruce Hill / Mary Lake / Cowley Creek / Golden Horn. A representative from each neighbourhood has a seat on the Task Force responsible for recommending trail designations and enhancements. The process is guided by the following:
An Open House meeting and Public Survey occurred in fall 2016. The survey was intended to provide the Task Force and City staff with a preliminary “snapshot” of what’s happening around trails in the Whitehorse South area. View the survey results below:
