The City of Whitehorse has signed Public Facilities Joint Use Agreements with the Yukon Government – Department of Education and with Commission scolaire francophone du Yukon (CSFY).  These agreements cover public use of Yukon Schools in Whitehorse and school swimming and skating at Canada Games Centre.  The purpose of the Joint Use Agreements (JUA) is to provide a framework by which selected public facilities within the bounds of the City of Whitehorse can be used by the community to the maximum extent practicable using a benefits-based approach for space allocation.

These agreements are effective 2018-2021, and include Appendices A-J that explain the booking procedures and forms for community use of Yukon Schools and school use of the Canada Games Centre.  The Agreements are available in English and French.  Use the links below to access and download the Yukon – Whitehorse Joint Use Agreements in sections.
