DESCRIPTION:During Clean-up Days (May 21 to 25)\, residential tipping fees at the Waste Management Facility will be waived for sorted residential waste. \nThere will be increased traffic during this busy weekend. Please follow traffic signs and direction by City staff. Thanks! \nWMF Operating Hours (location)\nMonday to Friday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm\nSaturday and Sunday: 9 am – 5:30 pm \nFees waived for car or pick-up loads\, and small utility trailers with sorted: \nResidential waste\nWooden furniture\nMattresses and box springs\nConstruction and demolition waste (must be separated from residential waste)\nResidential yard waste (loose or in approved compostable bags)\nOther organic waste (must be separated from residential waste) \nTipping fees still apply on: \nMetals (scrap metal\, lawn mowers\, BBQs\, etc.)\nAppliances (fridges\, freezers\, stoves\, washers\, dryers\, microwaves\, etc.)\nAll commercial loads (ICI\, C&D\, clearing and grubbing) \nRecycling and e-waste should be taken to Raven ReCentre. E-waste includes TVs\, computer equipment\, fax machines\, copy equipment\, etc. \nHousehold Hazardous Waste (HHW) \nYou can drop off HHW every week at the WMF.
