DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendar for the Last Splash at the Canada Games Centre! \nThe Last Splash is the free event we host prior to the shutdown of the Whitehorse Lions Aquatic Centre for annual maintenance. \nFriday\, August 8\n1 to 9 pm\nFeaturing fun games\, activities and the Wibit! \nThis year’s maintenance is focused on the pool ventilation system and will be more extensive than in previous years. To complete this important work\, the aquatic centre will be closed for 10 weeks beginning Saturday\, August 9. \nCGC members have the option to pause their membership for the duration of the pool closure. Members can get in touch with Recreation staff at cgcmembers@whitehorse.ca to put in the request\, or contact 867-668-8360 with any questions. \nFor a full schedule of events and activities happening at the CGC\, visit whitehorse.ca/cgc.
