Together we get a snapshot of what cycling looks like in communities across Canada\, at the same time\, year over year. \nJune 5: Walking 101 Workshop\n6 to 7:30 pm\nCanada Games Centre\nEventbrite link \nLearn all about the benefits of walking as a mode of transportation\, how to stay safe while walking\, and tips for incorporating walking into your daily routine. This in-person event is an excellent opportunity to meet fellow walkers and start your journey towards a more active commute. Bring comfortable walking shoes and poles if you use them. While we meet at the CGC\, it is essentially an outdoor event\, walking along the Hamilton Blvd trail (indoors if it is raining). \nJune 6: Motherload\n6 to 8 pm\nAssociation Franco-Yukonnaise\, 302 Strickland St\nAn award-winning documentary that uses the cargo bike as the vehicle for exploring parenthood in this digital age of climate change.
