Volunteer of the Year

Ashley Fewer is the City of Whitehorse Volunteer of the Year because of her extraordinary efforts in creating and maintaining the Yukon Helpers Network Facebook group, and supporting Whitehorse residents.

The group has become a valuable resource and a welcoming space for community members to seek out help. Fewer was nominated by the Rendezvous Rotary Satellite Club, and was chosen from an impressive group of 31 nominees.

Congratulations Ashley, and to all the volunteers who were nominated this year!
