Temporary Recycling Depot Now Open

The new temporary Recycling Depot is now open at the City’s Waste Management Facility (Mile 919.72 on the Alaska Highway).

Non-refundable materials, such as mixed rigid packaging (tin cans and plastic containers) and mixed paper and cardboard, can be dropped off at the Recycling Depot.

The drop-off fee is $1 per bag or container (90 litre max volume per bag or container).

The Waste Management Facility is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday to Sunday from 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
