Tabata

Age 15+

Age 15+ years*

20 seconds work! 10 seconds rest! Repeat 8 times! Then start all over again! Tabata combines strength, cardio, and full body exercises in an easy to follow interval style that will get your heart and muscles working hard.

* All youth ages 15 - 18 are required to fill out a Youth Waiver prior to participation.

All drop-in fitness classes required an access key tag. Members can pick up an access tag at reception any time the day of a class, non-members 15 minutes prior to class start.
