Amendment Notice 2022_AN_SSM_012 is intended to inform stakeholders of a change to content of Section 2.4 of the Servicing Standards Manual.

The Engineering Services Department is responsible for reviewing and updating the Service Standards Manual at least every two years. Requested changes are reviewed, prioritized, and addressed during the biennial review. If a revision requires an immediate update an Amendment Notice will be posted.
