HIIT

Age 15+

Age 15+ years*

A total body, aerobic and strength condition workout designed to tone your whole body. High intensity cardio bursts will set you on the right track. 

* All youth ages 15 - 18 are required to fill out a Youth Waiver prior to participation.

All drop-in fitness classes required an access key tag. Members can pick up an access tag at reception any time the day of a class, non-members 15 minutes prior to class start.
