Council Chambers is open to the public and delegates may attend in-person.
If you wish to present to council or committee, please notify Legislative Services by 12 p.m. on the day of the Council or Committee meeting at [email protected].

City Hall is located at 2121 2nd Avenue. Please use the Steele Street entrance.
Please note: Work has been underway this summer to make City Hall more accessible to residents. A new elevator has been installed to improve access to Council Chambers, and the stairway has also been upgraded. Residents with limited mobility that would like to attend to participate as a delegate will be accommodated in the Heritage Boardroom. Staff are available to help guide attendees at the 2nd Avenue entrance to City Hall.
