Join the CGC aquatics team at the Fireweed Community Market as part of National Drowning Prevention Week! The pool staff will be populating a booth full of water safety-related games and activities, amazing prizes, and awesome tidbits on how to stay safe around the Yukon’s beautiful waterbodies. Whether you are a seasoned Yukon kayaker or a parent looking to educate their young ones, we hope to see you at this free activity!

The CGC aquatics team will be present at Long Lake for an afternoon of fun! As part of National Drowning Prevention Week, lifeguards will be at the lake to ensure safety around the water and a fantastic beach day overall.

Free Swim at the CGC Pool

As part of National Drowning Prevention Week, the CGC pool is offering a public swim free of charge! Come to the pool to enjoy the diving board, rope swing, and waterslide without worrying about a wristband.
