Remembrance Day

Many City facilities and services will be closed on Tuesday, November 11 to observe Remembrance Day.

The Canada Games Centre will be open with reduced hours from 1 to 6 pm. whitehorse.ca/cgc

The Frank Slim Building in Shipyards Park will be open from 11 am to 4 pm.

Weekend service will be in effect for Transit. whitehorse.ca/transit

Curbside Collection will continue as normal for Downtown, Marwell, Takhini, Valleyview, Hillcrest, Arkell, Granger, Ingram.

The Waste Management Facility will operate during regular hours.

Recycling that would normally be collected November 11 will be collected November 10. Curbside Recycling is now managed by Circular Materials. circularmaterials.ca/whitehorse
