Fourth Avenue resurfacing work update

Due to increased rain and cold weather in the long-term forecast and contractor availability, the resurfacing work on Fourth Avenue has been postponed to next year. This will ensure the work is not rushed or left incomplete over the winter months.

Crews will complete the installation of crossings and sidewalk access at the Yukon Inn and patching sections where resurfacing work had begun.

The southbound bike lane will reopen when this work is completed.

The Transit stop at the Yukon Inn plaza is expected to reopen Tuesday, September 23.
