National Day for Truth and Reconciliation service impacts

Wednesday, September 30, is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Most City facilities, including the Canada Games Centre, City Hall and the Whitehorse Operations Building, will be closed and there will be some service impacts.

The Frank Slim Building in Shipyards Park will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Weekend service will be in effect for Transit.

The Waste Management Facility will be open and curbside collection will continue for Porter Creek and Crestview.

Circular Material’s recycling collection for Zone 6 (Crestview and Porter Creek North) is moved to Monday, October 5.
