Rotary Peace Park irrigation work to begin

The field and volleyball courts at Rotary Peace Park will be closed beginning Tuesday, September 9 for approximately six weeks for upgrades to the irrigation system.

Closed areas will be fenced off to the public during the project.

The paved trail from the parking lot to the Robert Campbell Bridge will be closed.

There may be occasional impacts to the Riverfront Trail, but detours will be in place.

The playground area, boat launch and parking lot will remain open. The splash park is now closed for the season.
