Second Avenue Paving Work Scheduled For June 30

On Sunday, June 30, Second Avenue will be closed to traffic between Main Street and Steele Street in order to restore the road surface from a previous water service repair.

Paving work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on June 30, with detours in place for north and southbound traffic.

The work is weather dependent and is expected to be completed by 7 a.m. on July 1.

Commuters are asked to use caution in the area and to follow signage and detours/traffic control around the construction site.

The City apologizes for the inconvenience.
