Whistle Bend maintenance

The City of Whitehorse has heard resident’s concerns and is working with the developer to address maintenance and landscaping issues in Whistle Bend.

Whistle Bend is a neighbourhood being developed in phases, with work along Casca Boulevard south of Iskoot Crescent still being completed.

The developer’s contractor is currently on-site mowing, and will assess necessary corrections requiring immediate attention.

Maintenance responsibility transfers to the City of Whitehorse only after the phase benchmarks and standards have been met.

After this milestone, our experienced Parks team will assume lead on greenspace maintenance.

We appreciate your patience and pride in your neighbourhood as we work with the developer to ensure these greenspaces are welcoming areas to enjoy.
