Whitehorse celebrates 75th anniversary

The City of Whitehorse turned 75 this year and we are celebrating with a party at Shipyards Park!

Join us Saturday, September 13, 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. for live entertainment, games, activities, food trucks, and free cake to celebrate our anniversary.

The celebration will be fun for people of all ages.

Live music is set to begin at noon. Parks staff will be organizing activities for kids, including relay races. Yukon Circus Society will be doing face painting, making balloon animals, and spreading joy.

A variety of food trucks will be on hand, including:

• BBQ Express
