
Stu Qually has been named the City of Whitehorse’s 2025 Employee of the Year!
Stu is a Building Maintenance Supervisor with the City’s Property Management department. Stu’s commitment to teamwork, collaboration, education and quality service have made him a beloved colleague and an anchor of the Property Management team. He is a dedicated mentor that prioritizes training and development for staff while sharing a vast trove of knowledge gained through years of experience.
