2026 Pride Parade

The annual Pride Parade is taking place at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, August 15.

To help ensure the safety of all participants and the public, Bylaw Services will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

The parade will travel along Main Street to Front Street, then proceed towards the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre before moving to the Waterfront Trail and concluding at Shipyards Park.

There will be no parking on Main Street between Front Street and 4^th Avenue beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 15 until the completion of the parade on Saturday. Access to Main Street between 5^th Avenue and Front Street will be restricted during the parade. A detour will be available on 6^th Avenue.

Front Street will be fully closed to all traffic between Main Street and Black Street beginning at 1:15 p.m. until the parade is finished.

In the event of an emergency, all emergency vehicles will be given priority access.
