Dirt n’ Soul Bike Park upgrades

2026 Senior Utility Rebate now available

October 9, 2026

2026 Senior Utility Rebate applications are now open.

The rebate is available to Whitehorse residents aged 65 or older, or to eligible surviving spouses for fees paid to the City for water, sewer and garbage service charges.

Up to $250 is available to eligible residents in 2026.

The application deadline is December 31, 2026.

Returning applicants are encouraged to apply online at: whitehorse.ca/sur.

Forms are also available at City Hall and the Canada Games Centre.

New applicants must apply in person at City Hall and provide proof of age with government-issued ID. Bring your completed application form and ID and staff will assist you with the application process.
