Water meter upgrades

The City’s contractor, Neptune Technology Group, is upgrading water meters to all metered properties in Whitehorse.

The existing meters are at their end of life. The new meters will improve reading efficiency and support conservation initiatives.

Letters have been sent to impacted property owners. Upgrades will not impact standard residential properties that don’t have meters and there is no change to utility bills.

The City appreciates the patience and cooperation of property owners as these upgrades are completed.
