A Public Hearing on Bylaw 2026-25 will be held Monday, August 24 at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.

Description of amendment: Application to amend text and mapping of the Official Community Plan (OCP) to permit limited forms of Mineral Exploration within the Future Planning designation.
Delegates can participate by calling into a meeting, or by attending in person. To help us organize and secure a sufficient number of sitting spaces, please notify Legislative Services by 12 p.m. on August 21 at [email protected] or at 867-668-8611.
Residents can provide their input at any time up until the Public Hearing is closed on August 24 by emailing [email protected].
It is not necessary to participate in person at the Public Hearing to have your input considered. All input received, whether in-person or via written submission, is given equal weight in the public input process.
