Advance Polls Open On October 10

Advance Polls for the 2024 Whitehorse Municipal Election will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at:

– The Canada Games Centre, 200 Hamilton Boulevard

– The Sternwheeler Hotel and Conference Centre, 201 Wood Street

 Who can vote?

To be eligible to vote in the 2024 Whitehorse Municipal Election you need to:

– be a Canadian citizen;

– be 18 years of age or older on Election Day, October 17, 2024; and

– have resided in Whitehorse for at least one year prior to October 17, 2024.

Voter registration

Make sure you’re registered to vote.

– check if you’re already registered to vote;

– find out how to register if you’re not already registered; and

– update your info if you’ve recently moved.
