City launches Development Advisories

The City of Whitehorse is introducing Development Advisories to help keep the local development community informed about changes to and provide clarity on bylaws, development standards, and guidelines that impact the community.

Development Advisories are posted on the City’s website at whitehorse.ca/bulletins-and-advisories and distributed by email to developers.

This is part of the work underway to support local development. The first Development Advisory outlines upcoming changes to the lot grading certificate process.
