New elevator installed and operating at City Hall

The City is pleased to announce that the elevator at City Hall has been replaced and upgraded, and is now operational, improving accessibility to Council Chambers.

The new elevator is part of a larger renovation project underway at City Hall aimed at increasing the building’s efficiency and improving accessibility.

City Hall continues to remain open throughout the renovations. Residents can also visit whitehorse.ca/online-payment to make payments and set up pre-authorized payments. Transit passes can be purchased online through the Token Transit app.
