The City is moving to a new automatic utility payment system in 2025.

If you are signed up for automatic utility payments by credit card, be sure to sign up with Paymentus at ipn.paymentus.com/cp/cwhs. Automatic utility payments after December 31 will not be processed for credit cards that have not been registered with Paymentus. The first pre-authorized utility bill payment is scheduled for March 3, 2025. Residents are advised to sign up with Paymentus before then. When signing up for Paymentus, be sure to select the AutoPay option.

This impacts only those customers who use a credit card for their automatic payments. Residents currently enrolled in automatic utility payments have been contacted directly by mail to advise of the change in payment systems.  Thank you for your patience as we transition to this new payment system.
