Paratransit (Handy Bus) policy update planned

The City is updating its Handy Bus Policy (to be renamed Paratransit Policy) to improve accessibility and make the service easier to use.

The City wants to better understand the needs of Paratransit users including the challenges and barriers experienced in using the system.

The community is invited to share input to help ensure the updated policy better reflects the needs of the Paratransit users in Whitehorse.

Riders and Carers Workshop

Visit engagewhitehorse.ca to learn more, register for the workshop, and fill out the survey. Paper copies will also be available on the Handy Bus. Survey closes on Monday, March 9.
