Prayer vigil for victims of the Lapu Lapu Day Festival attack

The Canadian Filipino Association of Yukon (CFAY) is hosting a prayer vigil for the victims of the Lapu Lapu Day Festival attack in Vancouver.

The prayer vigil is being held at 6 pm on Friday, May 9, outside of the CFAY office, located at 2250 Second Avenue.

Residents are advised that the north end of Third Avenue will be closed from 5 to 8 pm for the prayer vigil.

Bylaw Services will provide traffic control for the duration of the event.
