Rotary Peace Park irrigation work resumes

Work to upgrade the irrigation system at Rotary Peace Park is once again underway. This work began in 2025 and is expected to be completed by mid-July.

The City will work to keep the volleyball courts open as much as possible, but users should expect periodic disruptions as construction progresses. Fencing will be in place around active work areas, and the public is asked to stay out of these areas at all times, including when retrieving balls or other items.

The splash park is now open for the season from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. There may be periodic disruptions as the irrigation upgrade work progresses.

Other areas of Rotary Park, including the playground, boat launch, and parking lot, as well as the adjacent Millennium Trail, will remain open and accessible throughout the project.
