Hillcrest Neighbourhood Plan
On January 13th, 2014, City Council adopted the Hillcrest Neighbourhood Plan. The Plan is the result of a comprehensive public consultation process that has included three workshop events, an open house, and a one-month comment period on the Draft Plan. The first steps for implementing the Plan have already occurred, which included amending neighbourhood zoning and reducing the speed limit from 50 km/hr to 40 km/hr (with the exception of the playground area on Park Lane that remains 30 km/hr).
