20-Minute Makeover

Join the annual 20-Minute Makeover on Wednesday, May 13.

Spring is here and the City of Whitehorse invites you to help make our community shine.

Take 20 minutes out of your day, with coworkers or friends, and team-up to clean-up garbage around your workplace, in public spaces or neighbourhoods. Every contribution makes a difference.

Garbage bags and gloves are available for pick-up at the Frank Slim Building in Shipyards Park between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Drop off collected garbage at Shipyards Park on May 13 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The City is hosting a free barbecue until 1:30 p.m. as a thank you for participating.
