Are you planning a new build or development in Whitehorse?
Building Bulletins and Development Advisories are issued to provide clarification and up-to-date information regarding application of the City’s bylaws, development standards, guidelines, as well as to communicate changes to building requirements under the National Building Code and amendments to the City’s Building and Plumbing Bylaw.
Building Bulletins have been created by the Building Services Department. The bulletins are designed to provide clarity and up-to-date information to builders, contractors, suppliers, and others in the construction industry on changes to building requirements under the National Building Code and amendments to the City’s Building and Plumbing Bylaw.

Development Advisories have been created by the Land and Development Department to:
1. Provide clarification to the development community on application of the City’s bylaws, development standards, and guidelines; or
2. Provide notice to the development community of a change to the City’s development standards or guidelines.
