Several City Departments are scheduled to re-locate their offices to the Whitehorse Operations Building (WOB), located at 187 Range Road, in 2026.
Land and Development Services will be located at the WOB starting on January 12, 2026.
- Development permits; zoning inquiries; development/permit engineering inquiries; subdivisions, condos, leases or other land inquiries.
Building Services will be located at the WOB starting on January 12, 2026.
- Building inspections; building permits; business permits.
Planning and Sustainability Services will be located at the WOB starting on March 2, 2026.
- Land Planning and Growth Management inquiries, Official Community Plan and Zoning inquiries.
Economic Development will be located at the WOB starting on March 2, 2026.
- Liaison service with businesses; economic development programs, policies.
We do not expect any interruptions in service. Staff remain available to provide assistance and support.
