The City has identified an error in the processing of utility bills in the fall of 2025 affecting some utility customers.
The error prevented some utility customers from receiving their fall 2025 bills by mail.
To address the error, late charges applied to utility accounts for mail-out bills due in November 2025 will be reversed. Affected utility customers who have already paid will have a credit applied to their account.
We appreciate those affected utility customers who reached out to inquire about the issue and thank them for their patience.
Copies of utility bills can be requested via email at [email protected], by phone at 667-6401 or in-person at City Hall.
