Monthly payment plans are available for 6 month and 1 year memberships for purchase in person at the CGC. A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or EFT agreement is required at time of purchase.
Combine your membership with a City Transit Pass. Receive an additional 12.5% off a Monthly Transit Pass when you purchase a 30 Days, 6 Months or 1 Year Membership.
6 Month or 1 Year Members may freeze the membership (from 7 days – 45 days) once during the term of the membership by providing advance notice in writing. Additional or special requests must be sent to the attention of the Customer Service Supervisor. Payment plans remain on schedule, even during a membership freeze.

Cancellation & Refunds
While a membership is active, a member may request in writing to terminate/cancel a membership. All 6 month and 12 month membership cancellations are subject to a $30 withdrawal fee, effective September 1, 2024, and if eligible, the member will receive a pro-rated reimbursement. The member agrees to abide by the policies, rules, regulations and Code of Conduct of the Canada Games Centre and any amendments enacted hereinafter. Any breach of these rules could constitute reasons for termination of the membership. No refunds will be issued for members suspended from the Canada Games Centre due to misconduct.

Program Registration / Birthday Parties
- All courses are non-refundable within 7 days of course start date.
- Courses withdrawn prior to 7 days are subject to a $30 withdrawal fee.
- If the course fee is less than $30, only the course fee is charged and no balance is refunded
Facility Bookings
- One time & Regular User Bookings:
- All rentals are non-refundable within 14 days, and are subject to invoicing of the full amount of the rental, less any time that can be re-allocated to other renters.
- Rentals cancelled prior to 14 days are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Rental amendment fee is $30.
- Special Events / Dry Floor Bookings:
- All rentals are non-refundable within 30 days, and are subject to invoicing of the full amount of the rental, less any time that can be re-allocated to other renters.
- Rentals cancelled prior to 30 days are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Rental amendment fee is $30.
