Important Information

Camp programming is scheduled between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Campers can be signed in between 8:15 – 9:00 am and signed out between 4:00 – 4:30 pm. There is no additional fee for this service.

If your child will be arriving of leaving outside of these times, please contact our Camp Coordinator in advance.

Our camp programming may involve activities outside the building and you may need to drop them off or pick them up away from the building.

Camp staff are not available to care for campers outside of camp hours. All participants MUST be in the care of their parent/guardian at the time indicated for Sign Out.

We understand that situations may occur that cause you to be delayed. If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact the Camp Coordinator.

If you are late for pick up more than once, your child may be withdrawn from the program.

For camper safety, government-issued photo identification is required at sign-out. Campers will only be released to individuals listed on the Authorized Pick-Up list completed during registration. Individuals without valid photo ID will not be permitted to pick up a camper.

Please ensure your child has the following items each day and that everything is labelled:

  • Active clothing that can get messy
  • An extra change of clothes
  • Outdoor clothing suitable for seasonal weather (This program will be outdoors, for periods of the day, in all weather)
  • Indoor and outdoor footwear
  • Water bottle
  • Nut-free lunch and snacks
  • Backpack
  • Swimsuit, towel and waterproof bag for wet items (Swimming may be included in multi-day camps. This will be determined based on aquatics schedules and staffing considerations and will be confirmed at Camp Sign In.)

  • Medication – See Health Policies for details
  • Insect-repellant and sunscreen (Seasonal)

Items left behind will be placed in the facility’s Lost & Found.

Items not permitted at camp: money, valuable items, electronics, perfume and toys from home (unless the toy is needed for emotional support or nervous system regulation)

Please do not bring valuable items to camp.  Our staff are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged personal items. Any items brought deemed not permitted will be held by a leader until the end of day.

Participants should bring sufficient nut-free food to support a full day of physical activity (more rather than less).
Refrigeration and reheating are not available.

Campers must bring daily:

  • Two snacks
  • Lunch
  • Water bottle

Camp programming includes a variety of structured activities designed to support participant engagement and development. Activities may include active games, crafts, sports, swimming, and outdoor play, and may take place both inside and outside the facility. With an increased emphasis on nature connection, participants may be involved in activities outside the building as part of the daily schedule.

Camp activities vary depending on the specific camp, season, facility availability, and program duration.

Summer field trip locations are finalized closer to the start date of each camp. Details will be emailed approximately one week prior to the start of your child’s camp.

Camp staff are selected for their playfulness, creativity, curiosity, and belief in the lasting positive impact camp can have on a child’s life. Staff bring diverse backgrounds and skills to the camp experience and work collaboratively to create an environment where each camper feels welcome, supported, and celebrated for their individuality.
